Work could not begin until January 3rd and had to be completed by February 23 timed to coincide with the opening of the international Groundswell Landscape Exposition at the Museum.
Weather was our biggest enemy. Snowstorms followed by sub freezing temperatures required huge physical exertion and special safety attention for our staff.

The snow was moved by hand, our materials and the roof uncovered, and work continued seven days a week to keep on track for our tight deadline.
