East 17th Street Penthouse

Project Description:

Our clients, a young couple, had big dreams for the large unfinished rooftop of their historic apartment. Our design team created a series of private outdoor rooms for entertaining, play, and relaxation. A careful and creative plant selection and strategic furniture placement allowed us to create privacy amongst the spaces. Pops of color from bright flowers and furniture punctuated the individual spaces. Our lighting specialists also helped designate the separate rooms with step lights that softly illuminated the changes in floor heights of the terrace.
